2017/2018 Announcements

The recent Annual Membership meeting was held on November 4th, at the Country Side Library in Westchase.  Thank you all that showed up and volunteered.   The elections were held and we are sad to see Jeff Cohen leave but he remains an active part of the community and will be replaced by Daniel Delgado who has spend the past few years serving with the Architectural Committee.    As part of the meeting, the excess funds were rolled over to the new fiscal year and approval was granted for spending up to $5000.00 on capital cost improvements in 2018.

2017 Announcements

The Fawn Lake HOA changed Management companies in 2017 from Associa Gulf Coast to Greenacres Properties Inc.     With this change to a new management company and new processes for handling things such as Violations and Assessment collections.

Violation Administrative Fees

effective April 1st, 2017, there will be a $25.00 administration fee levied for sending a second violation notice regarding the same infraction to residents.  please simply take care of the issue or email the board of directors to indicate your plans and timetable to rectify these issues or avoid these fees.   refer to the violation and procedures policy document for further details.


The HOA attempts to keep residents informed on important matters within the community as well as provide helpful advice and tips on maintaining your property.
