Our second Pool Key Fob distribution event this past Saturday went even better than expected and now more than two-thirds of our homes have received their initial set of fobs. If you have not been able to get your fobs yet, please email us at BoardofDirectors@FawnLakeHOA.org so that we can bring your initial programmed fobs to our monthly meeting (our next one is tomorrow, Tuesday the 21st, at 7pm) and have them available for you there at the end of the meeting. If you plan to go to the meeting to collect your fobs please contact us first to let us know or we won’t know to have your programmed fobs there.
If you are the owner of record, please bring your driver’s license or state issued ID matching the name of the owner of record to receive your initial set. Alternatively, if you are a tenant, in addition to your identification, please bring a copy of your current lease that you entered into with the owner of record. Remember, your current metal keys will continue to work until the end of September.
