Don’t forget that the second distribution of pool area key fobs will be this Saturday, June 18th, from 10am-1pm by the Playground area (Rain date: June 25th). Please bring your driver’s license or state issued ID matching the name of the owner on record to receive your initial set. Alternatively, if you are a tenant, in addition to your identification, please bring a copy of your current lease that you entered into with the owner of record.
If you are ultimately unable to attend any of the distribution events you will later be able to contact the Property Manager at Greenacre to obtain your initial set of fobs. However, please do not contact her nor Greenacre for fobs yet, since they will only begin taking over the process once the Board gets the large waves of distributions done.
