Board of Directors meeting will be held in person at the Maureen B. Gauzza Public Library located at 11211 Countryway Blvd, Tampa, FL 33626.Please join us on Monday, November 13th at 7:00 pm. While we typically hold our meetings on Thursdays, the library announced that they will not be having sufficient staff on Thursdays for the near future. Rather than reverting back to Zoom meetings we are temporarily modifying our meeting date to be able to meet in person.
Please note that our standard meeting rules still apply, meaning that residents will be given the opportunity to speak as indicated on the agenda (maximum 3 minutes) about matters in the current agenda. Participants wishing to speak will be asked to state their name and address to be listed in the meeting minutes. If you would like to follow along with the meeting agenda, a current copy can be found at this link on the day of the meeting, and a copy can be provided at the meeting itself.
