Architectural Application Fees Waived for Hurricane Repairs

To facilitate Fawn Lake’s recovery from the effects of Hurricane Milton, the Board has decided to waive the architectural application fee for projects submitted in the months of October and November if the homeowner indicates on the application that the project is required due to damage from the hurricane. Additionally, given the difficulty in obtaining contractors and vendors during these post-emergency days, the Board asks that any homeowner that is attempting to make an expedited hurricane repair, to please email the board of directors (email address is listed on the HOA’s home page) to let us know what you are up against and we will make every effort to assist in obtaining a streamlined approval if possible. We have already seen an inspiring amount of neighborly teamwork and care in dealing with the challenges many homeowners faced immediately following the storm, and with what we have witnessed we should all be proud to say we live in Fawn Lake.
