We regret to inform our fellow homeowners and neighbors that unfortunately the playground vendor was not able to complete the repair on the 4th as previously scheduled. Our property manager has been handling this matter but has not yet informed us as to what caused the delay. The Board will be contacting the appropriate channels

We are glad to share that after some unpleasant yet not entirely unexpected delays (vendor’s staffing issues and then waiting for the affected part to be ordered) the play area has now been scheduled to be repaired on Friday, March 4th.
